Compass Group has announced a strategic partnership with organic restaurant operator Pizza Fusion to put the latter’s concepts into Compass’s school and college sites. The deal represents the first foray into contract foodservice for Pizza Fusion, which currently operates 21 restaurants in 14 states. It offers an organic menu specializing in gourmet pizza, foccacia sandwiches, salads and desserts, all made with ingredients free of artificial additives.
