Compass Group North America has consolidated its recently acquired Kimco Corp. unit with its Eurest Services unit into an integrated new Eurest Services division. Kimco, acquired in January 2009, provides primiarily janitorial services to customers in the B&I segment, and its inclusion in Eurest will allow that unit to offer a broader range of services, from janitorial and building services to groundkeeping and dining.
