Compass Allies With Nutrition Communication Firm

Compass Group North America has announced a business relationship with wellness communications firm Nutricate Corp. to provide a solution that will promote health and wellness for Compass clients. Nutricate’s service delivers personalized nutrition information and messaging to consumers right on their food order receipt, and the tool can also be used to motivate healthier purchases through targeted promotions.

Compass plans to use these resources to raise consumers’ awareness regarding their nutrition and encourage healthy lifestyle changes, as well as to increase loyalty and satisfaction through the use of dynamic couponing and gaming tools, such as bounceback coupons. For example, a juice purchase at breakfast may trigger an offer for a discounted “wellness” notated item for lunch, encouraging healthier choices with higher visit frequency.
