Executive Chef Arthur Morrissette of Sodexo's dining operation at Bridgewater (MA) State University has recorded a series of dorm cooking instructional videos called Dormet Dining, reports the Patriot Ledger. The recipes focus on nutritious and tasty items that can be prepared easily and quickly in dorm rooms, mostly using only a microwave oven.
