Centerplate, Inc., has named Alfonso Contrisciani vice president of culinary development. One of only 62 Master Chefs in the world, Contrisciani will work with Corporate Executive Chef Brett Lewis and Centerplate's Culinary Leadership Network chefs to develop signature dishes, engineer custom, regionally-inspired menus and design innovative catering, quick-service and restaurant concepts for company clients.
