Traffic at the new Southeast Asian themed Sabai dining outlet on the campus of the University of Missouri at Columbia has been smaller than for the more eclectic dining hall it replaced, reports the school's Maneater newspaper. According to students interviewed for the story, the eatery's limited menu, concerns about portion size (as opposed to the all-you-care-to-eat facility there before) and a smaller market for the kind of authentic cuisine offered by the venue have contributed to the disappointing sales to date.
