Aramark to Manage Mason Inn

Aramark Higher Education has been awarded the contract to manage The Mason Inn, on the campus of George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. Under the terms of the agreement, Aramark will be responsible for all management and operational functions of the property.

Currently under construction, The Mason Inn will consist of a 20,000-sq.ft. high-tech conference center, integrated with a 149-room hotel, as well as a restaurant, lounge, ballroom and 11 meeting rooms. Scheduled to open in July 2010, it is designed to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification, and will be operated to the standards of the International Association of Conference Centers.
