Aramark has opened the upscale Cadillac Grille on the Club Level of Philadelphia’s Wachovia Center arena, home of both the Philadelphia Flyers and Philadelphia 76ers, as well as a major concert/family show venue. Headed by noted Philadelphia chef Brian Kanak as executive chef, The Cadillac Grille offers a menu of high-end steaks, fresh fish, pasta, veal and poultry. One new feature is that members will be able to enjoy dinner and order from the full menu before, during and games without preordering. “We look forward to sharing Brian’s culinary talent with all of the members and establishing The Cadillac Grille as one of Philadelphia’s premier restaurants,” says Aramark Resident District Manager Brad Scott, who oversees concessions and dining at the Wachovia Complex. “We are confident our new menu will provide guests with a memorable dining experience during their visit to the Wachovia Center.”
