The Association of Healthcare Foodservices (AHF) is seeking teams to participate in its 2011 Culinary Competition. The competition is being sponsored by Tyson Foods, which supplies the mandatory ingredient for this year's competition: Tyson All Natural, Boneless, Skinless Thigh Filets.
