The Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services was awarded an $11.2 million contract to provide food services to 14 dining facilities at Lackland Air Force Base, reports the Austin Business Journal. The contract, which provides for about 8.4 million meals annually, has a six-month base period and a six-month option period.
