Signature Hot Dogs

As fans are savoring the last few days of baseball season, signature hot dogs are going strong as part of the starting lineup. Aramark's Citizens Bank Park Summer Dog (at left), is served on a pretzel roll, topped with thin-sliced cucumber, pico de gallo, and an ancho chili sauce. One food blogger tried the dog at a Phillies vs. Mets game and raved, “The mighty Summer Dog…really did feel like summer.” Other signature dogs: the Royal Blue Dog (blue cheese, bacon, red onion) and the Kansas City Dog (Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, pale ale mustard).
