Babette, the new in-house cafe at the Berkeley Art Museum, is managed by a pair of local high end caterers who have implemented a rustic, seasonal, locally sourced menu that is drawing traffic from the nearby university as well as art lovers, reports the East Bay Express. The museum's foodservice space had previously been occupied by cafe concepts that failed to generate much excitement.
