YIELD: 2 roasts 2 beef roasts, 3 lbs. each garlic powder, to taste 1 (12 oz.) can of root beer 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce 1 medium onion, finely chopped kosher salt, to taste fresh ground black pepper, to taste 1.  Sprinkle both sides of the roasts with garlic powder.
