YIELD: 6 1 cup brown sugar1 cup soy sauce½ cup water¼ cup rice wine1 each small onion, chopped small1 each Asian pear, chopped small4 Tbsps. garlic2 Tbsps. sesame oil¼ tsp. black pepper2 Scallions 1.
