Technomic Expects Strong Healthcare and B&I Growth in 2013

The onsite ("noncommercial") dining sector of the U.S. foodservice industry accounted for more than $200 billion in "retail sales equivalent," representing 34 percent of the industry total for 2012, reports the Technomic research and consulting organization.
