The NFL's Miami Dolphins are experimenting with a cloud-based analytic software package called Intelligent Operations Center for Smart Cities that may help the team develop a database of customer behavior regarding concessions and other spending that can then be used to target promotions and fine-tune menus, reports the Orlando Sun-Sentinel. The system will get its first test in early March during an international soccer match between Mexico and Columbia at Sun Life Stadium, the Dolphins' home field.
