Fiscal 2013 Sales Volume: $72,600,000

Over the past year Southern saw account growth fueled by private sector B&I, military and government accounts. The company also initiated the rollout of a new concept signage program along with new concept logos.  

Concept menu development continued to incorporate the latest trends and Southern expanded its relationship with Boar’s Head Deli, including implementation of its grab-and-go box lunch concept.

With more focus on at-work wellness and nutrition, Southern also expanded the menu offerings in its Smart Cuisine program and rolled out nutritional content delivery systems, including in-store touch screen kiosks to communicate the nutritional content of menu offerings.
