Epicurean Feast operates at over a hundred unit locations and gets three-quarters of its revenues from managing dining operations in cafés in nine states. Most of the rest is from corporate catering. The company’s client list ranges from Fortune 500 corporate headquarters and biotech firms to manufacturing plants and retail distribution centers.
Over the past year, Epicurean implemented more technology into its operations, including web-based ordering, cashless payment options, digital signage and interactive menus.
It has also been offering many more healthy menu options such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, organic and low fat/reduced calorie. Sustainable programs have been enhanced through the procurement of much more fresh and local ingredients and products. The company has also developed more partnerships with local and national branded companies.
