Quick Hanukkah Ideas on the Lighter Side

The Jewish festival of lights sometimes includes food that is as heavy as it is steeped in thousands of years of tradition. Crispy potato latkes and golden-brown sufganiyot (donuts) are delicious, but there are ways to make them lighter.

Plus, check out recipes like Zucchini Sweet Potato Latkes at www.hanukkah.org.
