Precision Foods, Inc. has added Martin Paine, CEC, as its vice president of culinary development services. Paine was previously director of culinary & innovation with Dawn Foods Products and also spent eight years with General Mills Foodservice in Minneapolis. He received a degree in culinary arts from Harlow College in Essex, England and became a certified executive chef through the American Culinary Federation Education Institute.
“We look forward to having Chef Paine's culinary experience in our day-to-day business,” says Connie Huck, vice president of food service sales and marketing. “His passion for the dry blended food category is exciting. His energy will be channeled into the services we provide our food service customers.”
“Precision Foods is a company that intrigued me from the beginning of the hiring process,” Paine says. “They are committed to bringing true innovation in flavor, function, and performance to the dry blend food category whose value and versatility is so relevant for today's operator.”
