Standex International Corp. has announced that it has acquired all of the outstanding shares of Associated American Industries (APW Wyott)
Standex International Corp. has announced that it has acquired
all of the outstanding shares of Associated American Industries
(APW Wyott), a privately held company with annual sales of $72
million, in a cash transaction valued at approximately $84 million.
The combined operation will is expected to position Standex as one
of the leading food service equipment manufacturers in North
America, with around $350 million in annual revenues. AAI’s
brands and products include APW Wyott counter top products, Bakers
Pride deck, pizza and conveyor ovens and counter top ranges,
griddles and char broilers, and BevLes proofer and holding
cabinets.
