Spicy Honey Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS:2 ½ cups cider vinegar
1 ½ cups honey
1 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup prepared Szechuan stir-fry sauce
3 cups vegetable oil DIRECTIONS:Combine all ingredients
except oil; whisk until blended. Gradually whisk in oil; blend
well. Serve on main dish salads with meat, or on green salads.
