Oniony Roasted Rogies

INGREDIENTS:¼ cup green onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
12 oz. frozen potato and cheese pierogiesDIRECTIONS:1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

2. In a medium sized bowl, combine green onions, oil, salt and pepper until blended. Add frozen pierogies; toss to coat. Arrange on prepared pan. Roast until crisp and golden, about 15 minutes turning once. Serve with spicy marinara dipping sauce.
