Asian-Style Pierogies
INGREDIENTS:1 16.9-oz. package Mrs. T’s
Potato & Cheddar Cheese or Potato and Onion Pierogies
1 16-oz. package frozen Asian vegetables
½ cup hoisin sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
¼ tsp. ground gingerDIRECTIONS:In a 9x9-inch
microwaveable dish, arrange frozen pierogies and vegetables. Add
¼ cup water and cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high
(100% power) for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl blend hoisin
sauce, sesame oil and ginger; stir into the pierogi mixture. Cover
with waxed paper. Microwave on high until heated through, about 5
