Fruit and Honey Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:1 16-oz. can pear halves or slices,
drained
2 Tbsp. honey
1 ½ cups lowfat milk
1 cup strawberry yogurtDIRECTIONS:In blender or food
processor container, combine drained pears and honey. Process until
smooth. Add lowfat milk and strawberry yogurt, and process until
