Zinc Cooler
INGREDIENTS:7 oz. crushed pineapple, canned
16 oz. plain yogurt
1 oz. Ginger People® Crystallized Ginger, chopped as needed
for garnish, mint leavesDIRECTIONS:Place the first three
ingredients in a blender. Blend 1-2 minutes, or until the drink is
smooth. Pour over ice and garnish with mint leaves. Serve
immediately. Note: Fresh or IQF fruit can also be
