Individual Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding

INGREDIENTS:3 large eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 cup brown sugar pinch of salt
2 ½ cups diced Mrs. Smith’s Cinnamon Raisin Bread
2 cups milk
as needed, cooking sprayDIRECTIONS:Preheat oven to 350°F. Thaw bread at room temperature. Dice cinnamon bread. Place eggs, vanilla, brown sugar and salt into a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until well incorporated. Stir in milk and cinnamon bread and mix well. Pour batter into prepared ramekins and bake for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Remove individual bread puddings from ramekins by turning upside down on a plate.
