Maxs Bistro Salad
INGREDIENTS:8 oz. mixed greens (about 3 oz. by
weight)
¼ cup lemon vinaigrette
½ cup diced tomatoes
½ cup halved red seedless grapes
½ cup crumbled bleu cheese
½ cup crisp, crumbled bacon
½ cup toasted walnuts DIRECTIONS:Toss greens,
vinaigrette, tomatoes and grapes until well mixed. Plate salad in
middle of plate and sprinkle bleu cheese, bacon and walnuts on top.
