Penton Media, Inc., parent company of Food Management and Restaurant Hospitality magazines, has completed the acquisition of Nation's Restaurant News from Lebhar-Friedman. The three publications will make up Penton's new Restaurant Group under the leadership of Market Leader Randall Friedman.
