Palm Beach County (FL) Schools will open a second modern food court style cafeteria (a term it no longer uses) at its John F. Kennedy Middle School when classes begin this fall, reports the Sun-Sentinel. The district opened Cafe Atlantic at its Atlantic High School last year, leading to a participation jump from 52 to 70 percent.
