Palm Beach County (FL) Schools will open a second modern food court style cafeteria (a term it no longer uses) at its John F. Kennedy Middle School when classes begin this fall

Palm Beach County (FL) Schools will open a second modern food court style cafeteria (a term it no longer uses) at its John F. Kennedy Middle School when classes begin this fall, reports the Sun-Sentinel. The district opened Cafe Atlantic at its Atlantic High School last year, leading to a participation jump from 52 to 70 percent. The new eatery at the middle school, called the Viking Den, will have four stations: Asian Xperience, Cafe Sol y Mar, Beyond Burgers and Homestyle. Lunch periods have also been extended to 35 minutes to allow students to enjoy the new cafe.
