Students at Hope High School in Providence, RI, struck a deal with district foodservice provider Sodexo to replace the school's popular nacho line three days a week with a salad bar, reports the Brown Daily Herald. The deal is contingent on the salad bar proving popular enough to justify replacing the nacho line on the days it operates on a permanent basis. On the other hand, if it succeeds, Sodexo says it will look to put salad bars in other schools in the district as well.
