Vollrath Acquires Traex
The Vollrath Co. LLC, has acquired Traex Co. from Libbey, Inc. Vollrath is a manufacturer of equipment and smallwares for the food service industry, while Traex produces warewashing systems and plastic kitchen products. The transaction expands Vollrath's food service supplies offerings by adding plastic molding and manufacturing capabilities.
