Libbey Names New CEO
Libbey Inc., has named Stephanie Streeter CEO and William Foley chairman of its board of directors. Streeter had served as interim CEO of the United States Olympic Committee from March 2009 to March 2010. Prior to that, she served as chairman, president and CEO of Banta Corp., a $1.6 billion global printing and supply-chain management concern.
Foley, a director of Libbey since 1994, currently serves as chairman and CEO of Blonder Home Accents. Current Chairman/CEO John Meier had announced his intention to retire this year back in February.
