✓ Great Beginnings—breakfast all day concept featuring omelets, cereals, bagels/muffins and favorites like pancakes and sausage/bacon;
✓ Big City Café—six different breakfast sandwiches with various cheeses, meats and breads (this is the first concept to be introduced on the patient side rather than as a retail station);
✓ Bandaleros—burritos/plates with customer’s choice of meat, beans, rice and toppings;
✓ Continental Traders—comfort food like meatloaf and chicken marsala, as well as international dishes like tilapia en papillote;
✓ Max Mango’s—milkshakes, smoothies, Italian ices, ice cream and pudding/Jell-O selections in various flavors;
✓ Flat Iron Grill—burgers and other grilled favorites (chicken, hot dog, quesadilla) with customer’s choice of toppings and sides;
✓ Red Ginger—Asian entrees and sides;
✓ Carolina Chicken Co.—authentic North Carolina chicken and barbecue entrees and sides;
✓ Pressed—fresh panini sandwiches and soups with sides;
✓ Sushi 54—six different sushi options (California, vegetarian, etc.) rolled fresh in-house daily;
