NJ Healthcare Foodservice Educational Seminar Set for Nov. 15

Healthcare foodservice issues are at the heart of the day-long seminar, presented by GNJSHFSA (Greater New Jersey Society for Healthcare Food Service Administrators)

“Beyond Our Plates: Caring for Patients, the Planet and Ourselves,” is an educational seminar with insights on current issues facing foodservice providers working in healthcare.

Presented by GNJSHFSA (Greater New Jersey Society for Healthcare Food Service Administrators), the seminar takes place Nov. 15, 2012 at The Westwood, 438 North Ave., Garwood, NJ. 

It will feature talks on top trends in healthcare foodservice, the power of motivation, using spices, herbs and aromatics, healthy menu planning and more.

Speakers include Robin Eubanks, PhD, of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Diane Imrie, MBA, RD, of Fletcher Allen Healthcare, and celebrity chef Suvir Saran, who will talk about healthy flavors.
