St. Mary's Hospital in Streator, IL, has been receiving rave reviews about its retail and patient dining services since it opened a new foodservice program based on management company Sodexo's Fresh Inspirations and At Your Request concepts, reports The Times. Launched in October with both cafeteria and production kitchen remodels, the newly enhanced operation provides room service style patient meals from 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily and a renovated retail dining venue that now offers vegetarian, ethnic and regional dishes geared toward a wellness emphasis.
