Healthcare Services Group derives the bulk of its $692.7 million in annual revenues from the provision of housekeeping, laundry, linen and facility maintenance services. It operates in 2,300 nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, retirement centers and hospitals in 47 states and Canada.

Clients include the Golden Horizons nursing home chain, which accounts for about 12% of total company revenues, and 11% of foodservice revenues. In 2009, HSG acquired Contract Environmental Services, Inc., a company in the same market as HSG with annual revenues of around $40 million.
