Judges ponder who will be named America’s Hottest Chef in the 2007 Tabasco recipe contest.

The reasons range from professional—and personal—growth and development, to cooking in support for a humanitarian cause, to simply competing for the fun of it! And whether the scope of competitors range from celebrity professionals nationwide to those with local appeal (or peers within an operation) such competitions inspire unique ingredient combinations and presentation ideas.
