Wrapture!
"We make a lot of wraps for our grab-and-go outlet here as well as at our retail snack bar. Also, in the snack bar, the customers have the option of building their own wrap where they can choose from about 60 different ingredients."
"Student favorites include a Black Bean Bonanza Wrap with black beans, shredded cheddar, sour cream, pico de gallo and lettuce in a jalapeno cheddar wrap; a Buffalo Tofu Wrap with spicy buffalo sauce-tossed tofu, shredded cheddar, lettuce, tomato and homemade ranch dressing in a honey wheat wrap; a Lemon Basil Chicken Wrap with lemon and fresh basil-baked chicken, field greens, Parmesan cheese and sunflower sprouts in a spinach wrap, and a Mediterranean Roast Beef Wrap with shaved roast beef, field greens, tomatoes, roasted red peppers and feta cheese in a tomato wrap."

"We have a grill with a daily special and we do a variety of wraps, paninis and grilled sandwiches. We use tortillas and pita bread for wrap sandwiches and anytime we use the word 'wrap' or 'low carb' they seem to sell.
"I try to make the contents of the wraps healthy and ethnic as they tend to be healthier just by the fact they will be lower carb and not grilled with oil or butter. Some of the wraps that we have done would include a turkey and avocado wrap, gyros, fajita pita, and tandoori chicken wrap (this one we can get from a gourmet purveyor)."
