John Lawn has been editor-in chief of Food Management since 1995 and before that spent nine years as founding and chief editor of The Foodservice Distributor. An award-winning writer and photographer, he is a recognized authority on a wide range of foodservice operations and supply chain issues and is a frequent speaker to industry groups.
