Mexican Mocha

YIELD: 1 SERVING

¾ cup Pearl Chocolate Organic soymilk
¼ tsp. cinnamon, plus more for dusting
3 oz. strong espresso (double shot)

1. Steam soymilk and cinnamon until hot and frothy. Pour into 10-ounce glass or mug; add espresso. Dust with cinnamon; serve immediately.
