Property owner CBRE Global Investors is putting Sodexo's LEED Platinum certified Gaithersburg, MD, U.S. headquarters building on the market after Sodexo decided to renew its lease, reports the Maryland Gazette. Sodexo leases 120,000 sq.ft. of the 321,000 total sq.ft. in the building, which has been the site of its North American headquarters since 1998. CBRE purchased the building in 2011 for $90 million.
