Aramark subcontracted foodservice operations to local award-winning food truck operator Stocked 'n' Loaded to feed concertgoers at the Cruzan Amphitheater in West Palm Beach, FL, this summer, reports the Broward Palm Beach New Times. The operator, which won the Palm Beach Post's Best Food Truck Award in 2011, generally places three of its vehicles at the site during events, which range from pop and country music acts to rock shows and reggae festivals. Popular menu items include Vietnamese BBQ sandwiches, wings and pulled pork sliders.
