Aramark has added a pair of PepsiCo veterans to its senior management following the naming of former Pepsi Beverages CEO Eric Foss president/CEO of the company earlier this year. The new executives are Victor Crawford, who will head Aramark's healthcare services unit as COO, and Brent Franks, who has been named COO of the newly created Sports/Leisure/Corrections unit. Crawford is succeeding longtime healthcare unit head John Babiarz, who is retiring. Crawford most recently served as president of North American operations for Pepsi while Franks was president of Pepsi Bottling Co. Mexico.
