Aramark Healthcare is taking over management of the foodservice operations at the Cleveland Clinic's 10 Ohio and one Florida sites, reports the Cleveland Plain Dealer. The hospital estimates that it serves more than 900,000 patient meals a year in addition to its retail operations.
