Wulforst Joins Coke Global HQ as F&B Operations Head

Jim Wulforst has joined Global Business Services at Coca-Cola World Headquarters as the Manager of Food and Beverage Operations. Wulforst had served as director of dining services at Duke University from 1996 until last fall, when he was named special assistant to Duke Vice President of Student Affairs Larry Moneta.

The school's dining operations were then temporarily overseen by Assistant VP of Housing & Dining Rick Johnson until the school named Robert Coffey permanent dining director late last month. Before joining Duke, Wulforst spent eight years at Time Warner as director of conference and restaurant services.

As a current Food service Management student, I would like to know how the position of F&B Operations relates to Coca-Cola bottling, and how could I go about pursuing a career in this field?

-Thanks in advance
