SFM Critical Issues Confab Scheduled
Group to focus on healthcare legislation and its impact.
The 2010 Critical Issues Conference of the Society for Foodservice Management (SFM) will be held April 15th at the premises of Credit Suisse in New York City. The theme of the annual gathering this year will be the Impact of Health-related Legislation on Foodservice: Understanding the Trends and Demands on Our Business.
It will include topics such as
• how consumer trends and macro factors affect eating behaviors and demands on foodservice;
• health-related legislation and its impact on health and wellness strategies;
• a panel discussion on best practices and programs;
• how to manage in turbulent times with so many roles to cover
