Franchise expands existing
evening catering business.
Culinaire is franchising the Picnic People concept through its Food Glorious Food catering unit. Picnic People is an outdoor special event company specializing in corporate picnics, tailgate parties, team building activities, and beach parties.
“Food Glorious Food was looking at additional revenue streams to leverage our exising resources for more profitability,” says Culinaire Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing David Wood. “Because most of our existing catering business is conducted in the evening, a daytime product line was the perfect match for us.
Culinaire operates dining and catering in hotels, cultural centers, private clubs, entertainment arenas, venues for public assembly, zoos, off-premise catering, and freestanding restaurants.
