FM's 2012 Best Concept Award Nomination Form
Food Management’s Best Concepts competition is designed to recognize and showcase outstanding innovations by our readers in these and other areas. Winners will be selected by an FM editorial judging panel and highlighted in exclusive editorial profiles to appear in our August, 2012 issue. Each winner will also be recognized at FM’s IDEAS Conference this fall and presented with a handsome trophy evidencing his or her group’s accomplishment.
