PB&J Ice Cream Sundae

PB&J Ice Cream Sundae

YIELD: 24

28 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup blackberry preserves
24 oz. blackberries, frozen
48 3-oz. scoops vanilla ice cream
24 oz. whipped topping
1½ cups peanuts, chopped

1. In saucepan, simmer sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter; stir until smooth. Reserve warm.

2. In separate saucepan, simmer blackberry preserves and blackberries. Reserve warm.

3. To assemble single serving: portion 2 scoops ice cream. Top with 2 Tbsps. peanut sauce and 2 Tbsps. blackberry topping. Garnish with 1 oz. whipped topping and 1 Tbsp. peanuts.
